My brief was to redesign and create three very different styles of kitchen living- a main kitchen, butlers pantry and the downstairs entertainer’s area. The expansive main kitchen comprised of sleek handle-less Corian door fronts, worktops and cooker hood, with internal cabinetry revealing contrasting Wenge timber finishes. The Sub-Zero fridge/freezer was concealed behind cabinetry along a wall of Corian fronted tall units. Stainless steel detailed Wolf appliances. An impressive fully functioning commercial style butlers’ pantry incorporated pull-out s e and shelving solutions with robust door front finishes and stainless steel worktops, appliances, sinks and taps. The downstairs entertainer’s area included a customised pizza oven, a full bar capability and a length of under-counter glass fronted fridges with integrated storage below customised worktops.
Working with the on-site manger to prepare pre-installation services, I co-ordinated and project managed the installation of cabinetry, appliances and worktops for all three kitchen spaces with the Poliform specialist team.
