Our work is only as good as the delight of our clients at the completion and hand over of a finalised project. In the following I have outlined some of the kind words shared from a handful of the many projects we have had the pleasure of working on.
Kim is a rare find in the design and project management world, being both highly skilled in design and a competent and hands-on project manager. Her ability to crossover from consulting with clients on interior and joinery design through to her confidence working on commercial and domestic construction sites is impressive. I have worked alongside Kim on both large scale and boutique multi-residential projects, ranging from off the plan apartments to luxury penthouses. Regardless of the project’s scale, Kim’s attention to detail, knowledge of the building process and communication between the client and the builder makes her an excellent intermediary who gets high-quality outcomes. No construction project is without setbacks and Kim’s clear communication and understanding of design and documentation along with her onsite experience has enabled her to resolve some serious issues on major projects. A natural with people from all sides of the spectrum, Kim is not only a pleasure to work with but has the confidence and support of clients and contractors alike.
Kim first came to Space in 2004 to help start-up our Boffi joinery division. At the time we were newly launching Boffi as a brand in Australia and based on Kim's extensive experience with Boffi in London she was a natural fit for the role. She was instrumental in growing this new part of the business for us. She had a strong eye for design and detail, as well as a firm handle on the technical aspects of joinery. She worked easily with both retail customers as well as developers. Over the years her role developed into a Project Management role focusing specifically for the Poliform Australia business. This involved her overseeing multi-residential projects across Australia that involved the Poliform joinery product. Her role required her to liaise with various stakeholders on projects - builders, architects and interior designers and also developers and end purchasers. Kim has a passion for design and also a strong commitment to her clients.
Kim designed and project managed my new kitchen and bathroom from start to finish. I could not have hoped for better service. Both rooms are wonderful and Kim’s attention to detail is amazing. She is also a great negotiator getting the best possible price for everything. I could not be happier with the outcome.
